Refund policy
Det er 14 dagers returrett om varen returneres innenlands.Â
Varen må være i samme stand som da du mottok den, ubrukt, uten lukt eller sminkeflekker, med etiketten på og lagt i produktposen.
For å returnere en vare, vennligst send oss en mail til store@zenuna.com med overskriften "Return". Vi sender deg da en retur etikett og instruksjoner om hvordan og hvor du skal sende pakken. Du kan gjerne bruke forsendelsesposen pakken kom i hvis den fremdeles er intakt, lim da retur etiketten over den gamle. Husk at du er ansvarlig for pakken inntil vi har mottatt den. Hvis varen er ødelagt pga dårlig forpakning da den ble returnert kan den ikke godkjennes for retur. For returer i Norge vil det trekkes 89 kr i frakt. Dette vil trekkes fra prisen som overføres tilbake til deg.

We can unfortunately not accept returns on items sold internationally outside of Norway due to the shipping cost. Within Norway we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no smell or make up stains, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
To start a return, please contact us at store@zenuna.com with the heading "Return". We’ll then send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can send the item back using the original black bag you received it in if the bag is intact, in that case put the new shipping label over the old one. Please note that you are responsible for the item until we receive it. If the item is damaged due to poor wrapping the item will not be eligible for a return. For returns we will charge a shipping fee of 89 kr. This will be deducted from the price of the product.
Exchanges
Det er kostnadsfritt Ã¥ bytte en vare. Du betaler ingen ekstra fraktkostnad om du ønsker Ã¥ bytte en vare i Norge. Dersom du ønsker Ã¥ bytte en vare er det enklest at du kjøper den nye varen du ønsker Ã¥ bytte til separat pÃ¥ vÃ¥r hjemmeside. Da kan du være sikker pÃ¥ at vi har det du ønsker tilgjengelig og ikke er utsolgt. Vi vil refundere deg for den returnerte varen sÃ¥ snart vi har mottatt den. Â
 Etter at du har bestilt ditt nye produkt, vennligst send oss en email til store@zenuna.com med overskrift "Exchange" og oppgi ordrenummer på både den nye og den gamle varen. Vi vil sende deg en returetikett og instruksjoner om hvor og hvordan du skal returnere pakken. Så snart vi har mottatt den returnerte varen sjekker vi at den er i riktig stand og vil refundere deg for prisen du betalte for denne.

We can unfortunately not accept exchanges/returns on items sold internationally outside of Norway due to high shipping cost. Within Norway you can exchange your product for free. There will be no additional shipping fee if you want to change size or exchange the product to another one. If you want to exchange an item into another item or to another size, please buy the new item separately at our store. This is the easiest way to make sure that the new item or the size that you want is available in the store. We will then reimburse you for the money you paid for the first item.
After ordering your new product, please send us an email at store@zenuna.com with the heading "Exchange" and include the order number of your new item as well as the item you want to return. We’ll then send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send the package you want to return. As soon as we receive your returned item we will check it and reimburse the price. You will not pay for the shipping cost for the return if you wish to exchange to a new item. Upon receiving your returned item we will check the item and if its eligible for refund, i.e. in intact condition, we will immediately refund the price of the item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If its not approved (for example if the product has been used, if there are stains or smell) the item will be shipped back to you at your own cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us on store@zenuna.com with the heading "Damaged" or "Wrong" and include a picture of the damaged or wrong item. We'll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package and how to order a new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, international sales or gift cards.
