Domestic orders within Norway:

Det er gratis frakt i Norge for bestillinger over 700 kr.

For bestillinger under 700 kr er fraktkostnaden 89 kr for levering til hentested og 79 kr for pakke i postkassen. Frakten vises i checkout og legges til prisen før du betaler.

Alle priser er inkludert mva. Varen sendes fra vårt lager i Oslo. Det er ingen toll på varer i Norge. Din ordre klargjøres og sendes innen 24 timer fra vi mottok din bestilling. Forsendelsen tar vanligvis 1–3 virkedager.

Vi sender pakken med Posten Bring. Den kan enten leveres som pakke i postkassen eller til hentested. Dette kan du velge i checkout.

Hvis du velger hente på hentested og pakken ikke er hentet innen 14 dager vil varen automatisk bli retunert tilbake til oss for din regning. Det bare å ta kontakt med oss for ny utlevering.

In English: We offer free shipping (gratis frakt) in Norway on orders above 700 NOK (apprx 63 USD /60 EUR /50 GBP).

On orders below this amount we will charge a shipping fee (fraktkostnad) of 89 NOK (apprx. 8 USD /7 EUR /6 GBP) for delivery to a pick up point, and 79 NOK (apprx. 7 USD /6 EUR /5 GBP) for delivery to your postbox. The Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout and is added to the price before checkout.

All product prices are including VAT and import duties (no import duties in Norway). All items are sent from our storage in Oslo, Norway. Your order will normally be packed and sent within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Delivery time is normally 1-3 business days.

For domestic orders in Norway we send your package by post using Posten Bring. We can either deliver to your post box or to a delivery point. Please select one of the options at checkout.

If you choose pick up at a delivery point and the package is not collected within 14 days, the item will be returned back to us. This will be at your cost but a new delivery can be ordered.

 International orders outside of Norway:

International orders outside of Norway:

International orders are sent with DHL Express and will be delivered to your delivery address.

For shipping outside of Norway there will be a shipping fee of 350 NOK (32 USD/ 30 EUR/ 25 GBP) on orders to Europe and USA, and a shipping fee of 500 NOK (45 USD/ 43 EUR/ 36 GBP) on orders to other countries. The Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout and added to the price before checkout.

Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 24 hours from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details. All orders are sent from our storage in Oslo, Norway. Delivery time will normally be 3-10 working days for international orders.

Delivery notification will be sent when your package is on its way to you. If a shipment can not be delivered to you due to circumstances that you are responsible for it will be returned back to us at your cost. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.

 

Taxes and Duties:

Orders outside of Norway may need to clear customs in your country. Any import duties, taxes or other local customs charges will be charged additionally and will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

 

Important Information

All orders are fully traceable with the provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during sales, public holidays or severe weather conditions. 

Please note that DHL is unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses. Kindly also note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
